Tasos Calantzis is an industrial designer and the CEO of Terrestrial, a consultancy to organizations like P&G, The World Bank and Philips. Terrestrial has won Red Dot and Good Design awards and been a finalist at the INDEX awards. He’s also the CEO of Arivi, which aims to address energy poverty with safe and efficient energy products for low-income homes in emerging markets. Tasoz believes that each one of us has the creative capacity to design a new Africa. Today, he’ll talk about the idea of design and how some designers are reimagining science, society, business and government to change our nation and our continent.
