Jonathan McKenzie is a globally awarded entrepreneur who takes a technology-based, human-centric approach to co-creating new products, services and branded experiences that help businesses and communities innovate and grow. He’s fascinated with how people engage with new technology and how this drives business, markets and social opportunities. He’s lived and worked in some the world’s major cities including London, New York, Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing. In 2012 he returned to South Africa and founded ZAlution.com a Social Innovation consultancy that believes technology solutions can uplift the lives of people and unite communities. Today he’ll focus on the simple human truths and key drivers of change, to show how purposeful digital solutions can be developed, be a change agent for communities and drive sustainable profit margins.

Steve Sherman is the Chief Imagination Officer of an Educational NGO in South Africa called Living Maths. He teaches about 4500 students weekly in schools around Cape Town and more recently, the world. He’s passionate about sharing knowledge and empowering young people. Affectionately known as Mr S, Steve will share how digital innovation is changing the way we work and interact with one another. He’ll also explore some exciting examples of how innovation can be used as a teaching/assessment tool.
